What should I do if I find a mistake in my bill (a debit for a purchase I did not make)?
Send a registered letter with your complaint to Diners Club France Division within 60 days following the receipt of your bill, on which the debit appears that you believe to be in error. In your letter, explain the problem and the reasons why you think the debit is an error. Enclose any relevant documents. Address your letter to:

Can I view my expenses online?
Certainly. Simply access the Statement service online to view your statement. You can check all the purchases made using the Diners Club Card over the previous 90 days (directly at the site) and the statements of the previous 12 months (via Acrobat Reader).
How can I apply for a Diners Club Card?
It's very easy. In addition to the conventional way, Diners Club provides you with the option of applying for your Diners Club Card online using a PDF form. What should I do to renew my card after it expires?
The cards are renewed automatically. Your new card will be sent to the address you have provided.
Do I need a secret code for making purchases with my card?
No. You can use your Diners Club immediately without a code. A PIN code is only necessary to withdraw cash from ATM’s.
Where can I use my Diners Club Card?
You can use it at all the points of sale which accept the Diners Club Card. Simply show your card at the cash register.
What is a PIN, and what is it used for?
The Cash PIN code is a secret code which allows you to withdraw cash at all ATMS, which bear the Discover and Pulse logo.
If I don't have a PIN yet, how can I request one?
Contact our Customer Service in writing or call them at +33 1 70 75 51 16 (local phone call rate). To issue a PIN code to you, we need a confirmation from your manager that cash withdrawals are required for business purposes.
What should I do if I forget my PIN?
Contact our Customer Service immediately at +33 1 70 75 51 16 (local phone call rate) and give order to block your PIN code. A new PIN will be sent to your mailing address by. The old PIN will be deactivated according to your order.
How can I get cash using my Diners Club Card?
You can use any of the numerous ATMs displaying the Diners Club International acceptance mark and the Pulse logo.
I have a new address. What must I do?

The changes can also be reported to our Customer Service by fax at 0820 000 413 from France (0.12 € TTC/minute) or +33 1 49 06 17 56 from abroad.
If company data are changed, this must also be reported in writing and a copy of the entry in the commercial registry must be enclosed.
