What should I do if I lose my card or it is stolen?

Contact Diners Club immediately in either of these two cases and give order to block your card. In Switzerland and other countries, call 0820 820 536 from France (0.12 € TTC/minute) or +33 1 70 75 51 16 from other countries. Our security service is available 24 hours a day. In Switzerland the card is usually replaced within 48 hours. If you are in another country, you will receive an emergency card. In any case, report the theft to the local authorities.

What should I do if my card is damaged or demagnetized?

Cut the card into pieces in both cases, and send them back to Diners Club. Request a replacement, which will be sent to you as fast as possible.

What should I do if I forget or lose my PIN (for getting cash)?

Contact our Customer Service immediately at 0820 820 536 from France (0.12 € TTC/minute) or +33 1 70 75 51 16 from other countries and give order to block the PIN.

Your new PIN will be sent to your usual mailing address. The old PIN code will be deleted according to your order.
